1. Services

TidalWaveAxis provides templated websites tailored to specific business types, with optional upgrades for customization. Services may include domain configuration, hosting, and additional promotional or digital tools.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note:

No refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the billing cycle.
Upon cancelation, your service will remain active until the end of the contracted year.
You will not be charged again after cancelation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current information during the purchasing process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Domain Management

If you choose a custom domain option, we will register it on your behalf for one year. Domain renewal is the constrained to customer’s yearly subscription. If cancellation occurs, you will be able to request the property transfer of the domain name, this action will be processed at the soonest available time. Subdomain options provided under tidalwaveaxis.com are managed entirely by us.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content provided remain the intellectual property of TidalWaveAxis unless explicitly transferred. Any assets you submit for branding purposes must not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including (but not limited to) uploading harmful content, interfering with service integrity, or attempting unauthorized access.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may update or modify our services and features at any time to improve user experience, fix bugs, or comply with regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
